0Quick Overview – How RevIQ Works
RevIQ turns your daily guests into a steady flow of 5-star reviews. You log who visited, and the system handles:
- The Check-in: Guests scan a QR code or you log them manually.
- The Feedback Loop: We ask "How was your experience?"
- The Filter: Good feedback goes to Google. Bad feedback stays private.
- The Recovery: Win back unhappy guests with automated coupons.
1Essential Setup
- Connect Google Business: If you're new, use the "Getting Started" checklist on your Dashboard. Click "Connect Google" to sync your reviews. This lets us track your rating and analyze feedback trends automatically.
- Get a Phone Number: In Settings, claim a local phone number. This is the number your AI Assistant ("Aitana") will use to text customers.
- Set Hours & Timezone: Ensure we only text customers during polite hours (e.g., 10 AM - 7 PM).
2Invite Your Team
Don't do it alone. Invite your staff to help manage visits and replies.
- Go to Settings > Team.
- Click "Add Member" and enter their email.
- Choose a Role:
- Owner: Full access + Billing.
- Manager: Can edit settings & team, but no billing.
- Staff: Can log visits and reply to chats.
3The Dashboard & Review Sync
Once connected, your Reviews Tab becomes your command center.
- Live Sync: We pull your latest Google Reviews automatically.
- Sentiment Analysis: See your "Positive Sentiment Score" at a glance.
- AI Insights: The system highlights common complaints (e.g., "Long wait times") so you can fix them.
4Collecting Visits (The Trigger)
To get reviews, you need to log visits. There are two main ways:
1. QR Check-in (Automated)
Print a QR Sign from the Marketing tab. Place it at your front desk or on tables.
When guests scan it, they enter their own name/number to "Check In" (and optionally get a coupon). This logs the visit automatically.
2. Manual Entry
For phone orders or VIPs, just type their name and number into the Visits tab.
5The "Gatekeeper" Logic
After a visit, the AI sends a text: "Hi [Name], thanks for visiting! How was your experience?"
The AI replies: "That's awesome! Would you mind sharing that on Google?" and sends your Direct Review Link.
The AI BLOCKS the review link. Instead, it apologizes and asks for details. The feedback is sent to your Inbox, keeping it off Google.
6AI Marketing Engine
Need to drive traffic? Use the Marketing Tab.
- AI Flyers: Just type an offer (e.g., "Free Appetizer"). Our AI designs a modern, sleek flyer for you in seconds.
- Smart QR Codes: Every flyer comes with a unique QR code. When scanned, it tracks the lead and can automatically send a digital coupon to the customer's phone.
- Coupons: Create digital coupons (e.g., "10% Off") that customers can save to their Apple/Google Wallet.
7The Recovery Loop
When you get negative feedback in your Inbox, don't just ignore it.
- Open the conversation in the Inbox.
- Send a "Sorry we missed the mark" coupon directly in the chat.
- When they return and scan the coupon, the system logs it as a "Recovered Client".
- The AI follows up again to ensure this second visit was perfect.
